About the Club
Our 42 target range is located in Briones Regional Park, approximately 20 miles East of San Francisco, California between the towns of Orinda and Martinez. Our club shoots are held on the 2nd Sunday of each month. We shoot the standard NFAA Field, Hunter and Animal rounds. Our work parties are held on the Saturday before our club shoot. Our general membership meetings are held the Wednesday prior to the 2nd Sunday.
Our annual Briones Big Game Open tournament is well attended by archers from throughout the state. This event features 28 paper animal targets placed at marked distances in realistic wooded settings. In addition we also host two other events, our Bear Creek Unmarked which features 32 3-D animals and our Monday Night 3-D League which runs from April thru August and features 16 3-D targets placed at unmarked distances in realistic conditions over challenging terrain.
